Homeschool family
A parent records attendance, coursework, and scores. When the student moves or enrolls in a school, the guardian sends that record along. The rules for your state and county apply automatically, and the record stays with the family.
Co-op or small school
Several families share one program. Location-specific rules apply to each student, and each family's record stays in its own place. No need to juggle separate tools for a small shared group.
K-12 school or university
Staff keep transcripts and attendance in one system. When a student transfers, another school or college receives the record in formats they already read. Features for standards, STEM, or analytics turn on as needed.
Training program (workforce)
A workforce program records what a learner finished. Completions and attendance stay with the learner after the program ends. The same platform used by schools, without standing up a separate training system.
